3. Appointments & Booking Policy
Appointments (e.g., fittings, consultations) must be booked in advance. Appointment fees may apply.
Cancellations or rescheduling less than 72 hours before the appointment may incur a non-refundable fee. 

4. Deposits & Payments
A deposit (commonly 50%) may be required to confirm orders or appointments. Deposits are non-refundable. 
Full payment is required before services can be completed or orders delivered.

5. Pricing & Availability
Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse service or orders at our discretion. 

6. Orders & Sizing
Garments are typically made to standard sizes based on provided measurements. Alterations may be required. 
We are not responsible for changes in your body measurements after the final measurement is recorded. 

7. Alterations & Additional Services
Alteration costs are not included unless specified.
Complex or last-minute alterations may incur express fees.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the unique nature of bridal services and custom orders, cancellations or returns are generally not allowed, and deposits are non-refundable. 
Exceptions for defective products or incorrect fulfillment will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 

9. Delivery
Delivery fees may apply unless stated otherwise.
Delays or changes in delivery due to external factors (e.g., customs, shipping disruptions) are beyond our control. 

10. Use of Website & Content
Users must follow applicable laws and not misuse the site. Prohibited conduct includes spamming, infringing rights, or distributing harmful content. 

11. Third-Party Tools & Links
We may provide links to or integration with third-party tools or websites, which are governed by those providers’ own terms. We are not liable for their content or functionality.

All content on this site is protected by copyright and property rights. You may not reproduce or use it without express permission. 

13. Warranties & Liability
Our services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
